Rates for Calendar Year 2013

           €   350.00 per week for monthsJanuary/February/March/April
           €   475.00 per week for months  May and June
           €   575.00 per week for months July and August
           €   475.00 per week for month of September
           €   350.00 per week for month of October
           €   300.00 per week for months November and December

Bookings are from Saturday to the following Saturday. 
Rates for shorter periods or weekends are on request basis (mainly during  low season).

Rates include bed linen, towels, final cleaning and free WIFI. Electricity (meter reading) will be charged extra on departure. During the period September to April an extra charge for oil fired central heating is payable and will be advised at time of booking.
