The detached bungalow has 3 bedrooms (sleeps a maximum of 6 adults):
Bedroom 1: Double bed (135x190cm) (US size Full)
with en-suite bathroom (shower)
Bedroom 2: Double bed (135x190cm) (US size Full)
with en-suite bathroom (shower)
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x190cm) (US size Twin)
with en-suite bathroom (shower)

- Separate playroom/lounge with second TV set and DVD player
- Large kitchen/dining room
- Beautiful conservatory with panoramic view over the lake
- Cosy living room with fireplace (starter pack and timber provided for fire)
- Large television with Satellite reception (Astra Satellite) for German/French language channels and DVD player
- Selection of English SKY channels on TV in living room and NETFLIX in both living room and playroom
- Free high-speed WIFI connection throughout the house (up to 500MB depending on location in house)
- Large patio with view to the lake (garden furniture and gas BBQ provided)
- Pooltable and darts board in garage
- Large, fully-fenced garden, secure and set back from road
Please note that there are a number of steps of varying heights into both the front and back entrance of the house, therefore it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
The kitchen has all modern appliances like
- Fridge/freezer
- Fan oven and ceramic hob
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine
- Separate dryer
- Microwave
- Healthy George Foreman grill
The heating is oil-fired central heating.
Please note that the house is strictly non-smoking which most of our guests prefer.
For anglers there is an additional large fridge/freezer in the garage which can be used as bait fridge. There is also plenty of space in the garage to store wet gear and fishing tackle.
